The General Assembly (GA) is the principal decision-making body of the EPC-TM NET project. It consists of all team leaders of the EPC-TM NET participants including their teams working on the project. The GA is in charge of the political and strategic orientation of the project and acts as the arbitration body.

The Co-ordinator of EPC-TM NET is Prof. Dr. Thomas Gress from Philipps University Marburg, Germany. The Co-ordinator is the intermediary between the European Commission and the Consortium as well as the supervisor of the overall progress of the Project.

The Steering Committee consists of all work package leaders. It is the supervisory body of the research activities which reports to and is accountable to the General Assembly.

The EPC-TM NET Project Office is the central office of EPC-TM NET. It is established by, and based at the co-ordinator in Marburg and at concentris in Fürstenfeldbruck. The Project Office at the Co-ordinator is concerned with the scientific management and the co-ordination of all research activities. The Project Office at concentris is responsible for administrative, financial and contractual management and the organisational co-ordination of the project activities.

The Scientific, Clinical and Ethical Advisory Board (SAB) will ensure a high standard of research and monitor the progress of the project by taking part in the annual General Assembly Meetings. The Board will also fulfil the tasks of the Data Safety Monitoring Board. Whenever appropriate, the consortium will consult the Advisory Board for recommendations to improve the performance of the consortium.
